Hogwash. Business owners can practice their religions as they choose. As I said above, though, their right to practice ends where it starts to affect OTHER people's own rights--such as their employees or customers.

Personal religious liberties are not in any danger. What is and should be in danger is the religious liberty to impose your beliefs on others via secular law, business practices, etc. You can't force conformity or punish those who fail to conform to religious dogma.

Some people claim that Christiainity is about having a relationship with Jesus, others just want to live in a world where their every belief is valdated by law.

No chance in hell in passing huh? You take that risk. The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
How do laws that effect other people and not you infringe on your freedom of religion?

Unpleasant fact for you --- not all laws that are supported by religious people are 'religious' laws violating the constitution.

No, they are not.

No one can take away your state of mind...religious liberty only exists for the faint and compliant. Faith is different than religion..Faith can not be at risk or taken away- religion can be...Your mind and your heart are yours for ever...If you believe that your religious liberty is at risk...it is only because YOU are giving it away intentionally...as I said- it is impossible to take away the liberty of the mind and heart.
