No what is being said is that the Military serves civilians and those Marines follow the orders of the Ambassador.
The Marine Corp position is that Marines are armed with loaded weapons. Which is true.
The ambassador however can restrict those Marines.
Each Embassy can have its own policies.

Your right, but sometimes the enablers, are just as much too blame as the ones doing devious acts of violence.

Your right, if Obama can willingly accept credit for everything good he thinks he has done, then take some blame when it is due also. Be a Man, accept mistakes or misjudgement.

I know a lot of people right now friends from both parties who are not happy about the killings, who they blame, is their right not ours.
