Interesting that the Examiner claims the photo is of Stevens being "dragged" while all other sources I can find says the same photo is of people attempting to rescue him.
This needs to be more closely, ah, examined.
They're basing it off the claims of a translated article from a Lebanese news paper. Hmm...
That's not what they are protesting. They are out for blood because a video was made by an Egyptian-born Coptic Christian who currently lives in California, and the video is apparently offensive to Islam. The video does not have anything to do with the United States government nor its policies in the Middle East. This mindless killing reflects a highly dangerous and disturbing mentality in that part of the world. These protesters are just looking for a target to take out their rage on and it's the US because this Egyptian guy happens to live there, even though he is from Egypt. I just hope the Coptic Christians in Egypt aren't next, they've suffered enough bloodshed at the hands of the crazies over there.

I know, who cares if some people want to guard their hearts and minds from unnecessary exposure to negativity. They should just unplug from the world and go live in a yurt. Or maybe they should just join the ranks of the desensitized as that team is growing each day.
You are absolutely correct. Why would they hate us American when we have troops there to protect them against bad people.
I'm not saying they aren't angry at the US for other reasons - but those reasons have absolutely nothing to do with the video or the person who made it, other than the fact that he is from Egypt and now lives in the US.

Supposedly videos were posted on you tube but they have all been removed.
Maybe we need to make sure of our target first? Just a thought.
