Sure. As long as we criminalize burning the American flag or Christian symbols. It's a 2 way street you know.

Egypt's top Muslim cleric on Saturday called for an international ban on all forms of attacks against Islam, after a provocative film sparked violent protests in the Middle East and North Africa.
..
The resolution should "criminalise attacks on Islamic symbols and on those of other religions, after the violence against those who provoked challenges to world peace and international security," said Tayyeb.
The imam said it was the UN's responsibility to "protect world peace from any threat or aggression", so that "these dangerous events cannot recur".
Hey!, I am ALL for such a ban, as soon as the U,N. forces muslims to ban terrorist attacks, suicide bombing, shooting missiles and rpg's into Israel, burning other countries flags, and make restitution for the ambassadors and their support personnel killed. Because hey, isn't it the job of the U.N. "protect world peace from any threat or aggression"?

I'm asking the same thing for my religion too, but the 1st amendment is not an attack.
But if it is attacked physically, it will be a Holy War to the end.

Basically, it will never happen. They tried this a few years ago and we told them to **** up a rope.

Thanks for that link. Looks like the supremes had some sense back in the day.

At least most Christians and Jews have a sense of humor when it comes to their religion. There's a difference between making good natured jokes and jokes to be insulting. Just ask Mel Brooks or watch his great movie "History of the World Part 1".
