The Winshape Foundation is the arm that receives funding from CFA's profits. Winshape makes donations to hostile anti-gay groups that fight against gay rights in this country.

So? Should every city council be able to ban any business because they don't agree with their politics?

If YOU don't like their politics, don't do business with them.

Oddly enough, I don't think that they should as long as they agree to abide with local employment and hiring practices, ie, no discrimination based on sexual orient, race, sex, etc. [MOD CUT/off topic]

Let's see what happens now. If CFA wants to expand outside of the South, is it possible that the company could still actively contribute to its anti-gay causes?
Gay fascism is going to back fire big time. You doing to others what you don't like done to you. Things like this are going to turn moderates off to gay marriage and you will see more states like Oregon and Cali totally rejecting ballot inititatives.

That is factually incorrect. The owner may or may not contribute to hate groups but the anger was over CFA Corporate directly donating money to hate groups. [MOD CUT]

I agree this will backfire, people are tired of the Homosexuals whining and crying, you would think they had gotten the message last time. I guess that spanking still hurts.

Um What?! Criticizing a man and company who uses money to demonize an entire subset of the human population based on lies and myths is not hateful and intolerant, but calling him out on it is?

We have come this far and you don't know yet that the company gives no money to gay or anti-gay although the owner of the franchise and CEO does give his private money. I guess you and those clowns from Chicago think you can buy more gay votes than there are gays in the country. Do you really think that gays can keep this man from doing what he believes is good? Not too much freedom of expression outside the gay crowd with you kind of thinking.
