Oddly enough, I don't think that they should as long as they agree to abide with local employment and hiring practices, ie, no discrimination based on sexual orient, race, sex, etc. [MOD CUT/off topic]

Gay fascism is going to back fire big time. You doing to others what you don't like done to you. Things like this are going to turn moderates off to gay marriage and you will see more states like Oregon and Cali totally rejecting ballot inititatives.

We have come this far and you don't know yet that the company gives no money to gay or anti-gay although the owner of the franchise and CEO does give his private money. I guess you and those clowns from Chicago think you can buy more gay votes than there are gays in the country. Do you really think that gays can keep this man from doing what he believes is good?
