Obamma cannot bring himself to use that phrase "terrorist attack" to this day. Even in his speech at the U.N. he refrained from calling it that. His behind the scenes activities to date have been consumed with efforts to keep those two words from issuing from the lips of anyone in his administration.

To do otherwise would serve to shine a light on his abject and total foreign policy failure. He cannot answer those tougher questions about what he's going to change after he's proven to be wrong so instead he refuses to admit any mistake at all.

This appeasement of the Muslim's hasn't worked as he'd hoped but he's the total narcissist in defense mode; refuse to see an error and instead keep repeating the fantasy of the "temporary nature of a minor setback" using terms like "a bump in the road" to describe stuff like the deaths of American citizens in service and 27 of your embassies having been attacked in one week.

So many Republicans on this thread that refused to vote for Bush for his lying, are now making the case Dems should do the same.

I salute you.

You refused to vote for Bush for his lying and law breaking and are only asking the same of Democrats.

So many threads you started point out Bush's lying, so many times you mentioned Bush's lawbreaking.

It just breaks my heart my fellow Dems are not as principled as you.

Let's face it: Today's Democrats are so devoid of integrity and a moral compass, that they would pull the lever for Obama if he were criminally convicted of child abuse or molestations.

Sad to see how far JFK's Democrat Party has fallen.

So it was Republicans who ignored warnings? It was Republicans who were responsible to ensure security of our Ambassadors, especially on 9/11?

I knew you libs were going to be pathetic and ignore this or defend Obama some how, but now to say it is the Republicans fault..... that is a new low

Your allegiance to this man is extremely disturbing. You protect, defend, ignore no matter what the issue is. That is just pathetic.

News flash. Barack Obama is in office and has been for over 3 1/2 years. And you and the press continue to not hold him accountable for anything, and on top of that, you put your allegiance to your agenda above lives and lies. Yet you will pounce on every single anti-Romney thing, no matter how silly it is.

It has never been newsworthy as far as our Press and media are concerned. That is the problem.

There isnt anyone here, even liberals, that can say with a straight face that if this were a non-liberal President, and this all happened, that the press wouldnt be all over it. Obama would be most certainly looking for a job if the media were 50% fairer and more honest with their reporting. And they know it, as well as any liberal on this forum. They take great joy in having the media cover for Obama, even when it regards lost lives of Americans.

The State Dept waivered standard security for Benghazi. They didn't even have standard security when they got attacked.

I think that is the most troubling part of it. Look at the facts.

- INtel analysts were highly aware that Benghazi was a recruiting town for Al Qaeda

- Stevens knew he was a target

- It was 9/11

Yet no security, no increased security let alone standard. It's disturbing how this was allowed to happen. And knowing all this now, for our media to not get tough on it and demand answers, its actually scary. To think they do not think this is important enough to cover and get answers. When you cant trust the media to even do this, all because they do not want to hurt the chances of re-election, every one should be frightened. What wouldnt they keep from the public if they are going to be mum on this?
