Kind of like the modern US liberal media, right?

For a less biased and more balanced look, this puts him in a three way tie for 15th overall.

So it appears that Barry makes the list for the same reason he won the Nobel Prize:

Interesting that anyone that complains about the economy have no criticism for the obstruction on legislature that could have provided more jobs. And the absolute audacity to still tout further tax breaks for the rich and trickle down voodoo and expect others to take you seriously. There's a very good reason why Obama is beating the pants off Romney, even with a slowed down recovery. People are aware of what the right wing has done to slow things down and many even believe that it borders treason. The right wing is so freaked out that Obama delivered a dead bin Laden, which made good his campaign promise, unlike his predecessor.
You are absolutely right! The poor have definately benefitted from liberal policies... look how the demographic has exploded!!! At this rate he may actually succeed at making them the 99%

Yes, killing Bin Laden will be his only legacy.

Instead of bashing the the historians that reached this conclusion about Obama being in the top ten, why aren't you defending the ones that they determined to be the worst?

Is that you Willard? Is that what Karl Rove advised you to say?

No matter who gives Obama credit............ the hardcore right wing nut jobs just CANNOT take it.
President Obama was not handed a recession when he took office but probably the biggest recession since the great depression. Jobs were being lost at around 800,000 per month. The housing market had collapsed. The stock market was in free fall. Two wars were banrupting us. The respect of America by the World had fallen to a all time low. Health care was bankrupting and failing millions in America. Our Auto industry was on the verge of imploding. Banks were going under and for some mysterious reason there are some in the USA who felt that as soon as President Obama took office if he didn't cure it all virtually overnight..... he had failed.
The HUGE hole that President Bush and the Republican administration had put us in was far deeper than anyone could have imagined and instead of trying to get us out of it, a republican "pact" was put into place to block and thwart any Obama bills or incentives to move America forward with a main objective of getting our President out of office at any cost and returning the Republican's to the Whitehouse.
Even with the Huge recession and complete hostility from the right, President Obama is now getting jobs and industry back in the USA. Reforming health care. Housing sales are now returning and house prices are rising. The stock market is now out of free fall. Our troops are coming home. Our Auto industry is now successful again. Women can now get the same salaries as men doing the same job. Our vets are being fast tracked into education and jobs. The World has found new respect for America and all in under 4 years.
Only another 4 years will see if President Obama will be a truly great President or a failure. It is too sonn to make any real judgements but so far he has shown that he has a cool head and is doing the job he was voted in to do........ get America out of one of the biggest disasters it has ever had to face, even with complete resistance from the Republican's and a insistance by the right that to save America will cost us nothing.
Kudos Mr President for a job well done so far.

No self-respecting historian would rate a president while he hasn't even completed his first term. Absurd on its face. These historian rankings are largely bs anyway. It's basically a disingenous effort to lever a subjective, partisan-based assessment into an objective, scientific 'ranking.' It's systematized BS.
