What kind of redistribution of wealth is this?

1) Supporting The Oil Subsidies

Actually, the entire OP is a lie and complete failure.

You talk about SPENDING, but then you list 5 things that aren't spending at all.

Number 5 is almost HILARIOUS in that it was OBAMA that bailed out the banks and the Democrats are in control....so exactly who, if anyone, didn't regulate them afterwards?

Here's a REAL pie chart from Wikipedia that shows the USA does spend more on SS, Medicare, and the poor:

Democrats had the Presidency, House and Senate from 2009-2011. They could have "fixed" any of these things. They didn't. They support them too.
