If it weren't for the fact that 99% of those who'd display a bumper sticker like that haven' t made a hiring decision since they had to find someone to write their term papers for them, I would have thought it very considerate. It's only fair to alert possible applicants to the fact that they're about to seek employment with someone who makes business decisions with the maturity of a six-year-old who doesn't like his babysitter.
But revenge fantasies - although most adults manage to keep them internalized - are probably cathartic, so have at it.

Business "harvest" for profit and in order to do that they must grow. To grow they must hire people. If they are not growing and increased expenses (cost and taxation) companies will not hire. The government continues printing money reducing the value of "your" money. You can't afford to buy their product, businesses will not hire.
Companies will hire to meet demand or lose their business to their competiton.
Their choice.
The competition is also not hiring because they can't afford to either. Didn't you hear? Your dollar is worth less. Prices are going up. Demand is down, taxes will be higher. So why would any company hire people.

Businesses are taxed on net profits, not gross receipts. Labor is deducted before taxes.
