Perhaps if Obama would have been actually attending his Intelligence Briefings, someone may have had a CLUE.

He doesn't take the advice of his own Debt Commission.
He doesn't attend his Cabinet meetings.
He doesn't attend his Jobs Council meetings.
He hears that our Consulate is under attack and his Ambassador is missing and he goes to bed.
He hears that his Ambassador has been murdered, he says it's just a "bump in the road" and flies off to Las Vegas for a campaign fundraiser.
As other have been saying, 0bama has increasingly been phoning in his responsibilities. He skips intelligence briefs, and some suck up, sycophant of an 0bama aide claiming, “The President is among the most sophisticated consumers of intelligence on the planet,” does not change the fact that he dropped the ball, and four Americans are dead.

The letter does not refer to them as republicans, he wrote: “multiple U.S. federal government officials have confirmed to the Committee that, prior to the September 11 (2012) attack, the U.S. mission in Libya made repeated requests for increased security in Benghazi. The mission in Libya, however, was denied these requests by officials in Washington.”
Give it time and Obama's competition if successful will have blood on their hands..being the big man in the big chair is like being the head butcher in the shop- You don't to the actually work but you order it done....running an empire is a bloody business...but wasted blood or avoidable human loss is unforgivable...It's like being a dad and taking your eyes of your infant because you were busy having a drink and entertaining a guest...as your toddler slips away and is crushed by a car...It's HIS job to protect...just like it is a fathers/

0bama failed the test for the 3 o'clock AM phone call, that Hilary's campaign hit him with in 2008, because it was a 5 o'clock PM phone call, and 0bama hung up, and went campaigning.
As much proof on this, as this as the OP has that Obama directly denied security upgrades in Libya.
We don't have enough proof yet but i bet we do before Nov 6th....... Maybe enough to give hillary the boot too! What a blessing..
