There are dozens of sources and the low number is over 100,000 The reality is the number likely falls between 105k and 1.5M seems 650k is the middle ground... Either way W is responsible for enough deaths to make a very populated city.

Bush generated 8M new jobs in 4 years.. Yeah, we wouldnt want to reproduce that, would we. That would mean far less people living in poverty and on welfare..

Look, I will be totally honest with you all even the stats given for Americans who died during the war is reported lower than it actually was. Here is why: Whenever a military member gets injured in country and is transfered to another hospital. like Germany and dies, it is not counted as an in country casualty as far as statistics are concerned.
