Why don't you pay for it yourselves instead of borrowing from China?

That's a good question. Most people on welfare have cable and internet -- so there is no reason Big Bird couldn't be added to one of their cable channels.

In the list of things worth "borrowing from China to pay for," Big Bird is close to the top, along with any investments in this nation's crumbling infrastructure (brought to us and enjoyed by all today from expansion of government spending on such things in the early and mid 20th century).



Tax cuts for the wealthy, and "increased military spending" is at the bottom of the "worth it to borrow from China" list.

Big Bird is close to the top????? Wow. I would at least agree that we need to cut military spending along with a multitude of other over funded programs. I don't agree with Romney's foreign policy or military plans but at least he's asking the right question.
