Obviously somebody who hates Armstrong. Well it's beyond obvious. Every sport has the "dopers". Somehow cycling is supposed to be exempt from this and if not its a heinous act by the evil Lancer. His little frenchie buddy just couldn't cut the mustard and went crying. Happens in other sports too.
