If you follow the logic, should Obama be re-elected, then his administration is in cruise-control since he's a lame duck. Biden resigns "for health reasons" or some nonsense, then Hillary is appointed Vice-President -- a do nothing job that offers Hillary the chance to campaign for 4 straight years for the 2016 Election.
