State By State Government Land Ownership
One only needs to look for an apartment in Manhattan to see the truth in this.

Now they're testing micro apartments courtesy of the Tokyo model. You know, the place where if you drop a $100 bill it's worth less than the 11 sq inches of land it covers. Where a 300 sq ft apartment will run you $5000 a month.

Some of you have been taken in completely by what it purports to be and isn't. At least if you can't read the link maybe you could open it up and find the blue here where you can see if your city, town, village, county, or township is a part of ICLEI.

‘Agenda 21’ and Why is the GOP Now Opposed to It?
I am against it because the U.N. is not in control of the U.S. and should never have authority over our citizens in any way, shape, or form. They should not have taxing authority over us, and ANYTHING they want should go through hour house and senate for approval first.

Here is what happens in today's America when you stand up to these communist thugs. Called names and insulted. You see we aren't smart enough to know what's best for us only the "planners" are. Nice to see folks in Florida stand up to these sob's.

"Mayor Stoddard says that ICLEI is an “information service, not command and control from Geneva.” He also says that the people up in arms about ICLEI are “raging loons.”
“These are the guys that wear aluminum foil hats,” he says. “They have completely lost touch with reality.”
The rhetoric is hardly exclusive to a handful of right-wing activists.
This past month, Senate candidates George LeMieux, Mike McCalister, Craig Miller and Adam Hasner took part in a debate hosted by the Central Florida Tea Party and the Florida Family Policy. Each candidate stood behind the tea party’s anti-sustainable growth stance, because they say they want to protect the country’s “sovereignty.”

State By State Government Land Ownership
In New York, Mayor Michael Bloomberg has proposed that some dwellers consider super-downsizing their lives. He’s not recommending a new batch of Sherry-Smith-sized abodes -- but he comes close. Bloomberg challenged architects in July to design apartments spanning 275 to 300 square feet to help fill the city’s lack of decent and affordable homes for the Big Apple’s rising population of singles and couples without kids.

Out west, San Francisco officials are considering a tweak to that city’s building codes to allow construction of apartments as small as 220 square feet. Lawmakers there are expected to vote on the idea in November. And in London, an 8-by-10-foot flat, originally listed for $145,000, has drawn bids as high as $280,000, in part due to its proximity to the famous Harrods department store, reports CNN Money.

A small bedroom (the size of a bathroom (and a jail cell, ironic)) in London running up to nearly $300k! Let the stacking begin. Welcome to the new global economy.

So, you're in favor of developing places such as this?

Aha! I wonder if at some point you'll be kicked off your river to further preserve the land your home is built on. It wouldn't be the first time.

We are 1/8 mile off the river, as the river is a PRESERVE.

Or property declared a wetlands so you would go broke trying to pay the taxes levied. That is how they operate. It appears kshe feels like one of the chosen. She should be joining up with those opposed to this nonsense before it's too late.

NYC 'micro maximalist' turns teeny-tiny apartment into work of art - Bottom Line
Yep the old bee hive living. What is funny is some think this is actually a great idea. The useful idiots in full display.
