Issa had to do this because 0bama and the dems are playing politics and want to ignore this until after the election.
If any of this about Libya could make 0bama look like a winner, Reid would be leading the way with his own senate hearings. It's not as if four dead Americans in Libya can hold a candle to free contraception for college students.
I would think he is doing it solely to prevent another grave happening, whether in distant lands, decisions presently being made in the WH...etc which would normally also emerge from the deficiency in operations which is so very clear. The WH operates in a criminally negligent way and has allowed for it, the deaths of 4 lives.
What we now fully know is that Obama does not know what the answer is and needs to investigate.

Thats the problem...Obama doesn't know whats going on in an area and subject that is "inconceivable to not know" and it cost lives, the whole region in an uproar and the US Embassy under massive violent threat.
What else does Obama not know about and need to investigate which will cost lives or other serious happenings in many many ways? This is the question, and if Romney does NOT take this precise route ONLY and repeat same when railroaded..Tom....he will get jammed with smokescreen after smokescreen "this is my outreach from this page to his people"

In their haste to further politicize the Benghazi attacks, Rep. Darrell Issa puts 166 pages of sensitive documents publicly exposing the name of Libyans working for the U.S.
House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) compromised the identities of several Libyans working with the U.S. government and placed their lives in danger when he released reams of State Department communications Friday, according to Obama administration officials.
One of the cables released by Issa names a woman human rights activist who was leading a campaign against violence and was detained in Benghazi. She expressed fear for her safety to U.S. officials and criticized the Libyan government
"This woman is trying to raise an anti-violence campaign on her own and came to the United States for help. She isn't publicly associated with the U.S. in any other way but she's now named in this cable. It's a danger to her life," the administration official said.

This rights activist was hosted by the State Department for the International Visitor Program of the World Affairs Council in Seattle, Washington, in December 2011.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa issued the following statement in response to false Obama Administration claims that an Oversight Committee release of unclassified documents showing serious diplomatic security failures in Benghazi represented the first public association of the woman with the U.S.:

It appears the Obama admin is caught lying yet again. I hope you don't mind but I'll post the rest of Issa's statement calling them all liars. I doubt we'll hear back from the swooners on this thread.

That woman has stated that for the first time since the revolution she is afraid. I have to wonder why this didn't help the administration to see that Libyans were afraid for their health which would substantiate the pleas from Stevens.
