Exactly what I was saying earlier. There are parts of the city where the cops just don't go at night. But ****, lets go after poor guys selling a few drugs to try and make ends meet. Of course they aren't killing anyone, but lets let the killers run buckshot over the city.
How many of those murders are from drug related crimes? Joe Blow selling to make ends meet had to get his weed to sell from somewhere didn't he? Who knows if somebody was killed along the line to get that weed or what have you to joe blow? I guess it doesn't matter.

Most have nothing to do with drugs, and if they do, it isn't pot thats the drug in the mix.
So in your mind America should prioritize it's laws and just forget about the 99% of laws and regulations until the 1% is handled.....
And how is selling pot, killing people?
You brought up the comparison to begin with, then said "well he wasn't committing a crime"
If crime is crime, then speeding is no better or worse then murder.
I draw a logical conclusion between violent crime, and non violent crime. I think the people of Detroit (where I used to live and still know folks) would be better if the police focused on the violent crime, and left the non violent offenders alone.
