A lot of scholarships are available based on ethnicities. There are German, Irish, Italian, Polish ethnicity scholarships just as there are Hispanic, Jewish, African American. Just have to look them up.

What's hilarious about this whole scenario is that some of these very same people whining about entitlements are the same ones complaining about how much other people are clamoring for entitlements in different contexts.

I don't agree with that. Scholarships serve different purposes. A great many scholarships are merit based, a great many aren't.
I don't see the big deal, especially given the demographics that are seeking higher education.
I do agree with this:
"White man, you're gonna be okay!"

I am still trying to figure out why everything must be segregated? Why do we need a United Negro College fund or any other minority find? It should be based on needs and school performance. Why all the division? How are Americans suppose to feel a connection to anyone with this crap. Instead of how different we all are, how about focusing on what we have in common.
