You're registering to vote.
They're not telling you who to vote for.

Nothing illegal about it - while I disapprove of the way it is being promoted - I'm also very happy that more people will vote.

If I ran a hamburger joint - I would promote voter registration by giving away Obama Burgers: 2 buns - open it up and discover that there is no meat.

You can even eat it at your very own empty chair.
