What the hell is with everyone saying "It was a mistake!" or "Cops aren't perfect!".

These are peoples lives being harmed here. People are being killed and injured left and right due to the ignorance of law enforcement. Where do we draw the line??? As I stated earlier cops are trained to kill.

I believe in order to become a cop; one should not only have a college degree in criminal justice, but also being educated in sociology and psychology.

You can't fix stupid. Someone crashed a car and was incoherent. Might those two things often be seen in tandem? Like maybe one contributed to the other? Total lack of situational awareness.

very true, and that was pointed out earlier. and yes cops are trained in basic first aid including CPR certification every two years.
