Im predicting Obama by Ohio and not a tie.

Romney taking the entire south in FL, VA, NC.
Obama taking entire northeast, NV, IA, OH

Yes, it's possible, and one I might actually enjoy. I like Ryan, but Biden would be good for a daily useless laugh and America needs a laugh a day. With Romney at the helm, Biden would be the useless moron he really is and fun to keep around.

He could drink Romney's share of the wine at state dinners. Oh Happy Day!

Wouldn't happen. In a 269-269 tie the House picks the President and the Senate picks the VP. The Dems chances of picking up the House is very slim as is the chance the GOP will pick up the Senate. The chances of both are even less likely. With that being said so are the chances of 269-269 in the first place, so Romney/Biden is very unlikely as well, but Obama/Ryan is almost impossible.

Naw - I think that even if it would occur - Vice President Biden would resign - and President Romney would appoint Paul Ryan as VP per the 25th Amendment.

Why would Joe Biden want to remain as VP and put up with the abuse that comes with the job?

I think that he may be happy with a Romney/Ryan win - because he will no longer be in the limelight.
