Obama can run for a third term without violating the 22nd amendment
Yes, Obama can run for a third term without violating the 22nd amendment. It's simple: Michelle Obama is nominated by the Democrats. When she wins, she can serve as president, share the presidency with her husband, or simply turn it over to him.
And for those who still haven't figured out that republicans have lost most of their marbles, here comes an email from Newt's "marketplace" that claims that the current election has already been decided and that Americans really need to worry about Obama's "re-election" in 2016.
You see, by then, Obama will have tossed out the 22nd Amendment limiting any one person to two presidential terms.
I just don't know what to say in the face of such incredible idiocy.
LOL not without approval from congress and the GOP house won't allow it.
I am Conservative, and I don't see why we have the 22nd Amendment. If the people want the same person as President and that person is willing AND able to serve, why not give that person 3 or 4 or whatever terms?

See the part that I highlighted? This is reason why I dislike dealing with "open minded Democrats" because you automatically place me in the same category with the likes of Newt Gingrich.
At the top and bottom of his emails, there is a disclaimer for readers, in part saying, "the following message reflects the opinions and representations of our advertiser alone."
