"Most rational people." People who believe as you do are the "rational" ones?
Right and wrong isn't determined by poll results.

The standard you're looking for is "human life," and you'll find that this is what makes the abortion debate so tough. When does the fetus become a "human life?"

Hmmm, a few years ago a friend of mine had a tumor removed...it actually had hair, the beginnings of a tooth, and DNA in it....I guess she's a murderer.

and this is the key distinction that some people conveniently overlook. Whether you agree, or disagree...it is a valid distinction.

Yup, guess so.
Ya know, unless our definition of "human life" exceeds simply "a living group of cells."

You all are assuming it is about religion. I don't believe anyone has quoted scripture on this thread. I am by no means a religious zealot. There are some people who are and who use violence to force their views but most of us do not. Most of us who are not pro-choice are not saying make abortion Illegal. We are saying put restrictions on it. Do not allow it to be used as a form of birth control by women. Also, what kind of ignorant comment is it to say that people who are against the killing of innocent children have no empathy for living children? In your opinion right? My heart hurts not only for the unborn child but for the millions of children who live in poverty, who are abused, who have no health care etc. IMO, we, who are against the killing of innocent lives, also have strong empathy for anyone who can not defend themselves.

This is about what we believe to be right from wrong. We have every right to speak out about abortion. We have every right to try and push for reform. Pro-choice advocates also have that right. To some it is about the bible but to most of us it is about the belief that an innocent life is being killed for selfish reasons.(most of the time)

There are people that seem to have a lust for abortion. Most of those same people have no children or are men.
I am glad this documentary showing the hard core facts has been made but the heartless will still be heartless no matter what.

No I had to see if anyone responded to the documentary. I have debated abortion so many times and after awhile the cold chilling heartless responses get to you. I am still waiting for some of those types to respond about the documentary and what they think of it.
