It looks like Maryland, Maine and Washington will legalize gay marriage. Maryland is the first state to ever do so by ballot! I'm proud of my state for once.

And it also looks like Colorado AND Washington will be legalizing cannabis.

The Feds an still come in and bust people, we'll see.

States rights? How many States are demanding to be excepted from Obamacare, even suing?

They may, they may not. I'm really hoping they don't, but if they do... bring it on. It's high time the feds learned their place.

It sounds, very much, like the Governor of Colorado is going to tell his police forces to enforce the federal laws.

So, at least in Colorado, not so much. No word from Washington state yet.
