China has owned us for some time, it started to happen long before Obama arrived on the scene it was when American manufacturing started to see a profit in taking their companies to China,then the the American public endorsed the out sourcing of jobs by packing the Walmart stores to buy the Chinese products, has very little to do with Obama and everything to do with the American consumer wanting his toaster for $2 cheaper.
