What other way would he have to make salaries "fair" to everyone ?
That is what I keep saying..the government cannot dictate what people earn unless the government takes over business and then everyone becomes a government worker.
Government can only dictate salaries to their own workers that they hire.
Although they did play some games with Obamacare, redefining how many hours constitutes full time and mandating insurance for those working 30 hours or more. But the corporations reacted and adjusted and will make due just fine with twice as many part time workers and less "full time" workers.
What about the debt ? What's the liberal story on that ?
