Meet The Nation's Five Worst Election Officials | ThinkProgress

Crap like this is why I thought, Obama was going to lose yesterday. Thank God he didn't.

Totally agree and I have said this previously. The system is insane. The threat of voter surpression should be non existent and all voting machines, time frames and tallying should be uiniform. No elected official at the state level should call the shots in a Presidential election...Period! In this day and age of technology, there is no good reason that this process cannot be streamlined, centralized and super efficient. The POTUS did say that this will be addressed in his acceptance speech, so we will see.
