For the most part I believe that as liberal institutions, colleges that are heavily invested in the social science disciplines tend to focus on to some degree class exploitation and division. And for the most part, the history involved in that exploitation is driven by racism, sexism and genocide. To keep it short--it pisses a lot of people off, especially when you belong to one of the aformentioned groups. In many of these colleges, Marxist and Socliacist ideologies are accepted because they are simply seen as a model to "get back at the man."

Obama practically ran his entire campaign on a version of that by drumming up the ideas that Conservatives were against women and minorities, and to no surprise---he won an overwhelmingly large number of those demographics.

You mad at that too Roy?
I don't think they shouted Karl Malone since he had been retired before any of them got out of elementary school. Nice try, though.

Take a peek at this link, Kat, and then come back and admit that you were very wrong. I got it from Google and you old gals keep saying that Google is your friend.

I suppose you would accept anything that comes from MM or Stink Prog but just don't accept the thinking of the Godfather blog. You have tipped yourself off to me with this since you failed to read the entry or even look at the video.

He didn't have to drum up anything, just point out what the GOP was saying and doing.

People are so privileged to live in a country like The USA. They have truly no idea how it is to live in a true communistic state. Try to picture living in old Soviet Union or eastern Europe before the Berlin wall came down. Then come on here and say that your life here in The USA is so bad.

By the way, I am not a fan of Obama and his politics either.

As one who was not allowed to go to Berlin when I was in Europe for two years because my MOS was considered something that the Communists would be interested in learning about, let me tell you that I know a bit more about those things than you do. We did sneak into Czechoslovakia a time or two.

There has never been a true communistic country in the world in the last 500 years. Jamestown was kind of like that for a while nearly that long ago.

I found it very easy to sell communism to 19 year old college students in 1952. They didn't know a lot more about it than most people in this country know about Agenda 21 today. It sounded so good to them and they just sat with open mouths. I had a hell of a time convincing them that the necessary Dictatorship of the Proletariat just never did waste away once they got it going. Actually they were willing to have a dictatorship if it would give them all the things they thought they really wanted.

Yep, I think that I do know how privileged we are and those kids in that video have no idea beyond getting freebies they don't have to pay anything for.

Now the Dems have taken over the banking/finance part.

They did shout Karl Malone. Sorry Roy, Malone was playing in the 2000s and either way, there's this thing called video footage and a website called youtube that the whipper snappers like to go on see it. It amazes me that you and your fellow RWNJs can't pick up on the sarcasm in the video. You all are really trapped in the past. It's quite sad actually that you guys keep clowning yourselves putting up these videos and articles meant to mock you.

Edit: It's also funny that you claim they can't know Karl Malone because they're too young but you believe they really support Karl Marx

And I get what you're implying here. Because the communists and socialists support Obama, Obama must be a socialist or communist. The problem is that reflexive logic doesn't work in this case.

My response to this is..."yeah, and?"

That's funny. I've been to college, and I surely didn't get indoctrinated into any socialist or communist thought process. In fact, we didn't really study that at all. We learned about Marx theory some in a sociology class I took, and these was some discussion of it in a humanities and government class, but that was essentially just historical references.

That was the extent of our indoctrination.
And you are how old? That could be important.

We happen to understand that they are nothing more than another socioeconomic philosophy, and one that is of relatively little impact in the world today.

The Red Scare is over folks, and the Soviet Union has collapsed. This watered down brand of McCarthyism isn't going to do a thing for young voters.
How many degrees do you have? I am also college educated a number of years before you were but nevertheless I have over 75 hours beyond my MS and most of them came in the 60s and 70s so maybe I got different "stuff" than you did. BTW, have you ever watched the entire "Story of Stuff"? Plenty of young kids have been being fed that one for years.
