Is the US not violation of the the constitution ? Things like healthcare , social security , crime , businesses tax , drug laws so on not state matter?

I thought the founding fathers wanted the Feds to deal with trade ,immigrants and military defence only and things like abortion , LGBT , healthcare , social security and crime be state matter?

But than would laws like healthcare , social security , drug laws , businesses tax and FDA be in violation of the constitution or what the founding fathers wanted?

What has happan to constitution than or has it been changed? Many states still have their own laws. Some states really tough on crime and other states bit softer on crime.

A good link on the subject:

Is Welfare Unconstitutional?

As far as drug laws ask yourself why an amendment was needed to enact prohibition of alcohol.

Well what if some states what Health care and other states don't ? Why should some state be forced to pay tax for service it does not want in its state or other state.

Nope. You might still be stuck on Articles of Confederation. It was history in 1789.

States are free to choose their own plan. In fact, many states have taken the initiatives towards that effect (for example, Vermont was working on a single payer system, one of many states to do so). All they have to show is that their system won't lay financial burden on the federal government and lessen (if not eliminate) the burden on Americans. Remember, the federal government has been the largest spender on health care. Nearly 40% of all expenses is covered by federal government.

No, this isn't want that wanted or designed. In fact, if they were still alive, we would be in the middle of a war right now.

Founding fathers weren't ditto heads... a world y'all seem to want to live in. Take this for example:

"Above all things I hope the education of the common people will be attended to ; convinced that on their good sense we may rely with the most security for the preservation of a due degree of liberty."
- Thomas Jefferson, 1787

Sounds like a socialist?

Yep, you're right, that's it. Grab your fowling piece, join your militia company on the village green, and prepare to die.

Marching to the same, single tune.

Take this for example:

- Thomas Jefferson, 1787

Sounds like a socialist? Or a free marketeer?
