An interesting article just came out this week. New climate research suggests there was, in fact, a "Medieval Warm Period" about 1,000 years ago.

Can Medieval Heat Cool Warming Worries?

Equally interesting, IMO, are some of the comments.

My Eurofriends always laugh because the global climate changes happen everywhere in the world except for the US.
