Yep, this man wanted to get this one in the courts before the election but the legal people who decided to do it for him wanted to wait till the election was over. Well they were right in that the way the law became law is a violation of the Constitution. That revered document says in Article I, Section 7 that all revenue (tax) bills must originate in the House of Representatives. The Supreme Court has declared Obamacare to be a tax law. Now where did it originate?

A District Court judge has allowed this suit into the courts so maybe someone needs to get an amendment to cover that part of what they did.

Matt Sisel, the man in the suit, has said, “I am in this lawsuit to defend liberty and the Constitution. That purpose and that promise continue today. My lawsuit is more important than ever, and we’ll move ahead with it, all the way up the judicial system, if necessary.”
“Quitting is never an option. In the military we learned you don’t stop halfway up the hill. The same goes with our courtroom challenge to Obamacare. I’m grateful to PLF for sharing my determination to move forward.”

Well, that does it. The Godfather has spoken.

To hell with what Roberts and the rest of the SCOTUS thinks.
