I haven't bought into anything, it's a fact of life that nonesensical traffic stops occur all of the time, and that one thing does lead to another.

Of course there are crooked cops that don't follow the letter of the law but they are among the minority not the majority. What is your solution....fire all cops and don't enforce our laws just because of those few? Those few that are caught racial profiling or any other infraction of their duties should be investigated and if found guilty they should be released from their duties. What do legal Hispanics have to fear anyway?
There is no proof in spite of all the lawsuits and weeping and wailing by the Hispanic community that the Sheriff and his deputies are racially profiliing. Until that is proven out in a court of law it is mere speculation. Face it, Hispanics want the Sheriff gone just because he is catching illegal immigrants of their ethnic group. Their tribal mentality trumps our laws.
