He probably lies awake at night worrying about your refusal to grant him mandate

The last time I looked Paul Ryan's "team" was still the MAJORITY in the House. THAT is where taxing and spending is determined.

Some lame duck!!!!! Just wait and see. He was Mr. nice guy in his firsr administration. This time he's going to mop the floor with obstructionists and their American hating allies.

Let me see. You have a deficit. How do you reduce it. You collect revenue.
How does one collect revenue - you collect taxes.
How do you keep it from happening again - you cut spending.

Pretty simple concept that neither our Congress or present, past Presidents
seem to grasp.

I like this solution, stated on another thread the best:

Paul Ryan Exclusive: Obama Lacks Mandate to Raise Taxes

So, you're surprised he'd say this? And what's so "exclusive" about the remarks?

Without a doubt, the President receved a mandate from the public on the issue of taxes. He received the support for his proposals by a majority of the electorate. That's all the "mandate" he needs.

You need to educate self on how US Government is supposed to work. But then, perhaps you really haven't been blaming President Obama for taxes and spending since 2010. This idiot has. May be you should tell him that he shouldn't try to make people look foolish? You really should, because you're among those he has targeted, continues to, and has managed to impress you.

Someone should remind you, Obama won with
30 percent of eligible voters voting for him.

You do realize some folks vote at their state and local level and
skip the Presidential election all together because they think it is
more effective from the bottom going up.

You did not elect a King. You elected a President,
with policies in place, that IMO I don't know why anyone
would vote for, if they were concerned about our debt/deficit.

Get over it. It is President Barack Hussein Obama and Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden. Losers: Governor Willard Mitt Romney and Congressman Paul Davis Ryan.

So what? Romney got even fewer votes. Whether you like it or not, Obama is the President and he will pursue the policies that he espoused during the election.

I hope he does. The sooner the collapse, the better.
