Even if it were just for gays, you could always say you were gay or bi. They can't prove otherwise.

Well if somebody complains that you looked at em wrong you will be castigated as a homophobe and thrown out onto the street. No proof needed.

I think it's safe to assume that not very many non-gay seniors would want to move into a senior housing complex that was known to be gay-friendly and full of gays. Seniors as a group are notoriously homophobic.
