How nice your digging up the usual saying from someone who knows nothing, Here's a thought if you use a credit card that is all paid off why don't you send a check into the credit card company and see what happens ? Of course no one is just going to send a check into the irs. first they wouldn't take it, and second who would you make it out to ?? Imagine just sending a letter to a company but to no one specifically, now just imagine it's a large corporation say AT&T would you make the check out to AT&T or would you make it out to a specific person. This is how idiotic your idea truly is
Fine. Then don't complain about increased taxes to supplement the wages of the working poor while job creators like the Waltons rake in billions by having the government supplement the wages of their own employees.
That's a shallow argument; the real argument is eliminating military driven fascism so that the rich and white middle class stop stealing from the poor. Supplementing wages is just coping with fascism.

The Black, Hispanic and Asian middle class don't steal from the poor ?
And just how are they doing this "stealing" ?

For two reasons. The first, obviously, the numbers; the white middle class is enormous, relatively speaking. The second is that the U.S. allows discrimination based on race as a consequence of relatively worthless workplace protections; that allows white people to favor white people for the hiring of cleptocratic jobs.
The opportunity to steal is created by fascism. For instance, consider the Boeing layoffs that were recently announced. Those were military fascist jobs. The military (and the U.S. economy) has been on a war footing for sixty years in order to prevent the economy from slowing. The war footing is not necessary for defense. Therefore, all jobs that result from it are theft from the poor. Those Boeing jobs were booty.
The theft is limited to the poor as a demographic because they're the class that not only doesn't benefit from our fascism, but our markets are necessarily manipulated against them by requiring higher costs to enter a market, etc.

We have those taxes and programs to less supplement the poor but to subsidize business who have enjoyed a lower minimum wage for a long time.
If the minimum wage had kept up with inflation, the 1968 minimum wage would be $10.04. So think of poverty programs like Medicaid, Food Stamps, etc. as subsidies to the Waltons, who would otherwise have to pay higher wages.

We did that to ourselves via regulations, fees, permits, certifications, etc.
We, the people, asked government to do that because we don't trust people.
So, now only the big boyz with money can market.
The latest one is Farmer Markets. Since that Safe Food bill was passed you now have USDA showing up at Farmer Markets. Regulations imposed on the corporate giants are now being checked against the family that shows up with extra produce to sell from the back of their pickup trucks.

Nobody woke up one day and said, "I think I will regulate this industry." We have regulations as a reaction to undesirable failures in markets, like companies trying to sell tainted food.

Right..COMPANIES, not individuals.
You don't get mass food poisoning recalls from Farmer Markets.
You get them from the mega corps who are already under supposedly strict regulations.
Very few people in any given year actually renounce their citizenship. I'd take notice if the number reached a million in a year, rather than a low thousands it has traditionally been for years and years. Until then, it's pretty much all bluster.
Besides, if people are vacating businesses that are actually profitable and serving economic demand, other businesses would simply move in or expand, and take over that demand. You don't eliminate demand by shutting down a business.
it could never be a million people in a year because not that many are wealthy enough to make such a move. (plus many won't move for family reasons ect.)
