Actually it happens alot.
I believe it was the nightly news or something one weekend, had a whole program on "fake attacks" A bomb will hit, and they will have dozens pick up a person and carrry them and drop them off. Lots of issues like these screenshots from the video were proven false and people faking it.

And some of the weak-minded refer to Fox News as Faux.
Take notice that the guy in the tan jacket makes a full recovery at 2:12 and the guy being carried off with reflective vest takes a walk on his own at 2:23. Then of course there are the men dressed as woman at 2:37.
