What's the point of religious decorations in public places? Why not limit it to churches?
And for that matter, some tradition...for a good portion of Christian history most of all this would have been considered idolatry and the makers excommunicated or run out of the church. Within Christendom itself the focus on religion during Christmas has varied. The pro public display rantings you see here would be condemned by Puritans.
The festive atmosphere is nice, though. As long as it is not ruined by the overtly religious it is just fine with me.
"We shall not rest until Christmas is eradicated from the US"
Yep, just like when militant atheists got into power in Soviet Union, Cuba, North Korea, China, etc. This is exactly what militant atheists trying to do!
How about we shall pass a law banning atheists from holding public federally, and not just in some states?
You are very dangerous and Anti-American
