Saudis, like every other Arab country give lip service to Palestine, that's all they give. SA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, Oman don't see Israel as an "enemy". They are in protest against Israel and won't acknowledge Israel until Palestine is granted statehood.

They are thankful that they are not a neighbor of Israel. If Arab countries really, really cared they could have united and helped Palestine years ago when they weren't players in the international arena. The fact that the more advanced Arab countries are now players, they can't do anything except talk.

Palestine is the orphan no Arab country wants to adopt. They will show an interest in establishing and doing business in Palestine if there was a solid peace treaty or Palestine is given statehood.

That is not true, they are packed into this area like sardines. What you may see as open, is a buffer zone enforced by IDF.

Are you saying the Iron Dome that the U.S. paid for doesn't work?

If there is no where to go, clear out the area that they have to dig in to. Have families evacuate the area. Don't take them along the path of martyrdom.

So said the Nazi SS Officer back in 1940 as he shelled the Warsaw ghetto.

So ironic that 63 years later the most hideous, demented Western society on Earth are the Israelis.

The only ones being terrorized are the Palestinians.
Israel is even targetting journalists, who are supposed to have international protection, but they are getting away with this claiming what they write is propoganda. No they are showing the truth.
Why don't Fox, AP, ABC, CNN report from the Gaza side? Better to report Israeli propoganda safe from harm inside Israel.

Since the start of Operation Pillar of Defence against the Gaza Strip, 11 journalists have been wounded:

They can't leave, this is a prison surrounded by barbed wire and armed IDF. You have no clue what life in the Gaza is like for these people.

It looks like Palestine will be successful in its bid on November 29th to obtain observer status at the UN, from what I have read.

BBC News - Q&A: Palestinian bid for upgraded UN status

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/10/wo...un-status.html

'In theory, the chances of the Palestinians obtaining non-member observer state status are almost certain. A resolution need only be passed by a simple majority at the 193-member UN General Assembly. According to the PLO, more than 130 countries already grant the Palestinians the rank of a sovereign state. However Palestinian officials say they hope to win the votes of 150 to 170 countries at the UN to show the isolation of the US and Israel on this issue.'

The know. They don't care. To be brutally frank, these right wing Israeli firsters believe they are racially and ethnically superior to Palestinians, (not to mention white, protestant Americans) We are sub-human and can be treated as such. That's why they come here and try to shut down debate, accuse Americans of hating Jews, funnel money to our "for sale" politicians, lie to our State department, and propagandize US citizens. They murder thousands of Palestinians every year and point to some lame, rocket landing in a field as justification.
