Yes but you classified it as being due to "the first black President".

That was my point you avoided.

I don't know whether the US is ready for a Woman President but it should be, considering there is nothing in our genetic make up to make us unable/incapable of the fulfilling the post just as well as a man. Plenty of women heads of states out there and people like Merkel haven't done too badly...

Yes, unfortunately I don't think the USA is and we as a whole will be loosing out on possibly great leaders.

I was a Hillary supporter and was saddened she didn't win the nom however, looking back I'm glad she didn't, remember we didn't realize just how bad the economy was getting until around Sept. of that year and I think she was well out of it.

I don't think she'll run again, but if she did I'd be a supporter again and Wild Bill would make a great "first guy"...LOL.

Why do you think that's the case? It doesn't seem to be an issue for the rest of the civilized world, I wonder what's endemic to the US as a whole to make it seem like such an outrageous concept?

I don't see how the US is not ready for a woman president. More than half the country is female for crying out loud. I would never support Hillary, she's more warmongering than Obama is, and Obama has proven himself to be the warmonger-in-chief that Bush was
