What's funny is that the same people who claim Obama is destroying the constitution know nothing of the constitution.
Really? So we're following the 18 powers outlined in the US Constitution? That's all the government is following? They haven't stepped beyond that document day after day after day for the last 4 years? Or the last 50 for that matter?
The problem is that they've chipped away at it so slowly for SO many years that you fools have no idea what the Constitution even is. Anything the government wants passed they use the "general wellbeing" clause as an excuse, when the general well being is referencing to anything as long as it's WITHIN those 18 powers.
If it didn't mean that, the Constitution would read "We the people of the United States of America hereby grant Congress and the President the right to do whatever they want as long as they think it'd be in our best interests". Nothing more. Nothing less.
Try reading the Constitution one day.
