It is a conspiracy theory. The facts are the facts. Just because the UN creates an iniative that con artists have presented to scare people doesn't mean that other people can't look at it for what it is, nonsense.

It is NOT a conspiracy when it is spelled out in black and white and has been signed onto by U.S. Presidents! It is NOT a conspiracy that ICLEIS are popping up all over this country faster than Sonic drive-ins. Do you live in a box?

The U.S. government does NOT have the authority to declare eminent domain under the umbrella of Agenda 21 in order to takeover coastal property.
Yes I agree. That's why this agenda 21 nonsense looks foolish.

Furthermore, when eminent domain IS declared in rare cases, the property owner is compensated for the FAIR MARKET VALUE of the property.
Yes, that is how eminent domain works.

So again, super genius, assuming a tyrannical government would undertake such outrageous and ridiculous action, where is the money going to come from to compensate the owners?
It wouldn't.... That's why agenda 21 is nonesnse.

Perhaps you should re-read my assertion since I'm actually agreeing with everything you say. I don't think you understood what I was asserting.

It is pretty obvious that you didn't watch one bit of the Rosa Koire video and don't know that she is a member of the California Democrats Against Agenda 21. You don't know much, if anything, about ICLEI and how it has been used by local governments to further the plan, up to now. Go ahead and listen to the lady who tells so much about what has happened in the part of California she lives in.

While we are at it, how much about Koire's sexual orientation do you know? Not that it is important but she does admit to what she is in this speech.

Yes, most of you who lean at all know very little about Agenda 21 and you avoid any chance to find out about it and what it is. I have tried and tried and most of those who don't know anything about Agenda 21 refuse to try to learn anything about it.

Wild speculation, you say? When will you learn something about the thing so you can ask intelligent questions like your last one in the post? You learn something about it and then come back at me about wild speculation. Learn what ICLEI has done and then lets talk. Learn how many local governments in the US have joined in and been pushing the Agenda because of ICLEI. When you learn something more than just the name of the creature maybe you can argue about it without using terms like wild speculation.
Well, Glen Beck wrote a book about it. That's pretty much all I need to know.

You asserted that local and State governments could re-zone and increase setbacks. IF a local government were to subscribe to Agenda 21 and decided to take that route, eminent domain would be the process by which it was accomplished.

We are currently over $16T in debt in this country. How can you possibly guarantee that the nimrods in government who buy into this ecotyranny wouldn't borrow the money to seal the deal?

How anyone in their right mind can call this a conspiracy when like you say it's all out there in black and white is beyond me. I think the conspiracy is that folks can't read for some reason maybe from the contrails?? lol
