This has been going on int he "mainstream" press for decades. It is nothing new, but has resulted in more-legitimate news outlets such as Fox News, and the Conservative radio hosts such as Rush, Sean, Mark et al.

Not in the least. They providee more actual legitimate, truthful news in a day that they rest do in a week.
