No, they are not. They are part of the pay package.

How about in the future you give your anti-white rants a little more thought before hitting "submit".

You keep posting the same crap that shows blacks are disproportionately dependent on welfare.

Do you really not understand ratios and percentages?

And I've said if reduced-cost or free school lunches are "welfare", then riding the school bus is as well...

it is true that the vast majority on the rolls are white.

some will say well if you break down by this, by that, bs to cover for whites.

whites overwhelmingly commit the crime and use the most government resources.

and the white population isnt an overhwleming number either, so that excuse for whites are gone.

Agreed. All of it is. Even sadder is that those of us who work and pay taxes are stuck paying for everybody else's free rides.

I don't think it's willful racism exactly, just a learned stereotype about those people that has to be unlearned.
Now just where would they learn such a stereotype?

Couldn't be from those groups and their conduct, now, could it.... or could it!!!

the author of that article mentions racism behind the numbers not correlating identically to population, which is true.

for example, in milwaukee an admitted white felon had a better chance of getting hired then a clean black, same resume, applying for jobs in the same field.

if whites treat you like a felon because your black, and whites do the hiring, what do you do?

the answer is quotas if you have to face that crap.

There is no such thing as a free ride - or is that a free sandwich????

Seems to me that the freeer you are, the more it costs.
