Okay, let's say that companies don't have to properly dispose of hazardous materials. They can just dump them anywhere they feel like. The cheapest cost to them would be their first option. If that material ends up making the people close by sick, the land contaminated, and wildlife destroyed that is a far larger cost than the small amount of money saved in the first place by getting rid of that environmental regulation.
They could still be sued in a court of law, for damages.....
It doesn't take the EPA to do that.

Subsidized? What is subsidized is the freebie real estate give away. Take away public transportation and watch the real estate values in the city tank.

Its budget was 2.4 mllion ssplit evenly between local and federal governamtn funding. They are i process of decidig where to cut since they will be losing much of the fedewral funding. One perosn pointed out that its cheaper to pay for subsidised taxi for the riders than the buses.But I agree with those who say we need to quit subsiding many things because we can't afford to now.

Lets remove the driving subsidy too and then make the comparison again. Time to pay up for the road use.
