my guess is it will be in the next week or two when orly taitz ( and the other codefendants in the mississippi birther ballot challenge ) gets hit with having to pay defendants' legal costs and possibly sanctions. current guestimates for the legal fees are between $100,000-250,000.

my prediction is that the birthers will interpret the fine as an attempt to silence the taitz.
