How would a new tax prevent mass murder? These individuals don't care, they intend to either suicide by cop or by their own hand. Put it on the credit cad and laugh all the way to hell.

How about just post a cop on campus at all schools like we do here in San Diego. That is a little more sane.

I can see it now. Not only would liberals complain about the wealthy for having money, but then they could complain because they have more money AND are the only ones who can use guns.
