If you look at the survey results from National Federation of Independent Business, which surveyed small businesses, not lobbyists, you see that the number one concern of small businesses is poor sales.
Note, however now that there is an increase in concern over taxes and cost of insurance (businesses realize that they are stuck with Obamacare taxes). This is your data, not mine.

Yes, the concern over taxes rose from 18 to 20, the concern over insurance rose from 7 to 8; when the survey highs were 32 and 29, respectively. In other words, at some point 32% of businesses were concern over taxes and now it is only 20%. 29% of businesses were concerned over the cost of insurance and now it is only 8%.

From that graph it seems to me the small business owners are reacting more to the fact of the recession than anything else.

Here in Connecticut (Blue State) it seems to me small business is booming. Every small business in my office building is growing, and increasing in employees and square footage.

I guess if you focus on doing business, growth and quality, who the president is becomes less important. Unless of course your just another partisan hack who's using Obama as a convenient excuse for their inability to manage and grow their business. November was a record sales month for us...
