Texas graduation rates tie for nation's 3rd best | khou.com Houston

Texas is a majority minority state and young Texans are disproportionately minority yet despite this TX was able to achieve the third best high school graduation rate in the nation.

And, yes, this is despite the state being run by "anti-education" Republicans who don't spend tens of thousands of dollars per year per student.

For comparison, California was #32 in the nation.
