conversely, wouldn't that mean fewer White females are employed than white males? Isn't the population of Women slightly higher than that of men? Why don't more white women work ? Are African American women less dependent on men than white women.
Also true of Asian and Hispanic women. My theory is that they are taking care of young children while the father supports the family. Yes, black women are less dependent on their men than white, Asian, or Hispanic women but, if we are being honest here, are more dependent on the government as a result. Truthfully, (time to get cyberly yelled at) I think it is either a result of the breakdown of the black family or a cause of it, and it needs to be fixed if we are going to ever achieve equality.

Thanks, very helpful. This is what I got when I clicked the link"

Link = Best and worst jobs, from Online Employees to roustabout - Business - Careers - msnbc.com [this looks fishy to me]

Redirects to a screaming pop-up window:

THIS HOME BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TODAY!

As a special NBC News reader...

If you click the OK at the bottom of the pop-up window you are then redirected to a site for Online Business Systems, whoever they are...final URL http://www.theonlinebusiness.com/pre...ubid3=&subid4=

"Achieve equality"?

What's stopping anyone from getting up off their fat *** and going to work?

I don't know many women who have kids and don't work. In fact most mothers, even moms of babies work.

Well, there are lots of rural areas without available jobs, not to mention urban areas where jobs moved to the suburbs. Used to be hard to get from Detroit to suburban jobs without a car (and forget about working swing or night shift without a car) - does Detroit even have a functioning bus system these days? Manufacturing jobs high school graduates could get without going to college have pretty much disappeared, underemployed college graduates are now working many of the jobs that high school graduates used to get.

Achieve equality= same unemployment rates.
Achieve equality= same employment rates
Achieve equality= same incarceration rates
Achieve equality= same out-of-wedlock births
Achieve equality= same post-secondary school participation
Achieve equality= same middle class percentages
Achieve equality= same home ownership rates
Achieve equality= same percentage of government assistance
Achieve equality= affirmative action becomes unnecessary
Achieve equality= race is immaterial to success and we can stop talking about it

To get there blacks need to look at what is happening in their own communities that is creating a culture that does not lead to these things. The government has pretty much done all it can without creating further problems and greater resentment from other races. It's now up to us. The first thing that needs to happen is that the black father/husband/man needs to step up to their rightful roles. Right now, too many have turned that job over to Uncle Sam, and he is a very poor replacement.

It's because that link leads to a page-hijacked website. Look at the URL:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com-55.us/read/?Article=23163

MSNBC's website ends with .com, not .com-55.us

50 years of subsidizing bastards has done nothing but increase poverty and crime. All the left has left is the other side is racist.

Well I did mention earlier that thhe link looked fishy to me:

Link = Best and worst jobs, from Online Employees to roustabout - Business - Careers - msnbc.com [this looks fishy to me]

But why did other people say the link worked fine for them? Was the link hijacked by someone on C-D?
