It looks like Judge Terry Lewis accidently opened up a can of worms in his ruling in the Florida Obama eligibility ballot challenge several month back. For more information watch the video below.
Just another "anyone can file a lawsuit" issue. It's not breaking news by any stretch of the imagination. This one seems based on the old chestnut of what "natural born" means. I believe Orly tried that already.
I see nothig that is alarming. he dismissed the case o time grounds. Now thattime of filig is gone. Now the case has to be refiled and listened to for groud to proceed or not.In reality;Obama may be out of office before it goes anyhwere and dismissed because it no longer is a issue.

I don't know. It seems to have something to do with the time frame of being officially the nominee and the Congressional certification of the president next month.

Watch and see. Don't hold your breath for anything or you will pass out.
this is just larry klayman re-filing a case that has already lost. klayman's claim is that a person needs both parents to be US citizens to qualify as a "natural born citizen". this argument has been soundly rejected by the court multiple times.
from ankeny v daniels:
"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are "natural born Citizens" for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."
i know that orly has mentioned the "2parent" theory but i don't think she's ever promoted it in court ( others have and lost ). orly just got sanctioned $4,000.00 in her suit against occidental collage and now not only is the defense asking for sanctions against her in the MS ballot challenge but.......... even one of orly's co-plaintiffs is asking for sanctions against her!
